Our Story

This Rock Academy was founded with a simple but meaningful vision: to prepare compassionate, skilled, and confident healthcare professionals who are ready to make a difference in the lives of others.

The academy was created out of a passion for nursing, teaching, and serving the community. We understand that beginning a career in healthcare can be life-changing, and our goal is to give students the knowledge, hands-on training, encouragement, and support they need to succeed.

Omobolanle Odole, BSN, RN

“Welcome to This Rock Academy, where we believe healthcare is more than a profession. It is a calling to serve with skill, compassion, and integrity. The academy was founded to provide a supportive, faith-guided learning environment where students from all walks of life can gain knowledge, hands-on training, confidence, and professional preparation needed to succeed in healthcare. Our goal is to develop caregivers who are not only clinically competent, but also respectful, compassionate, and prepared to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve. At This Rock Academy, we are committed to building strong foundations for successful careers and lifelong service.”

Omobolanle Odole, BSN, RN is the Director of This Rock Academy. As a nurse, educator, and healthcare professional, she is passionate about preparing students to become compassionate, confident, and skilled caregivers.
Her goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students receive quality training, practical skills, and the encouragement they need to succeed in healthcare. At This Rock Academy, she is committed to helping every student grow professionally while learning to serve others with dignity, respect, and excellence.
